This Canadian Timber Collection Luna Sauna by Dundalk LeisureCraft is handcrafted from Eastern White Cedar that is lighter in color and has tight knots in the wood. This Luna Sauna kit will seat 2-4 people, comes with solid cedar floor joists, floor and walls, white cedar bevel siding for the sides and is packaged in a ready to assemble kit.

Shipping Terms
Free Shipping in the Continental USA (on most orders)
Minimum order for free shipping of a sauna is $3500
Minimum order for free shipping of outdoor furniture is $2,000
Businesses must have a loading dock or other equipment to unload sauna crates
Shipping to Residential locations require the following:
o A $320.00 Residential Ship fee for the delivery company to make an appointment to deliver a sauna
o A $120.00 Residential Ship fee for the delivery company to make an appointment to deliver outdoor furniture, such as a shower or Tiki Bar
o If the crate is longer than 92”, the customer (consignee) is responsible for unloading the crate off the delivery truck
o Customer (consignee) to determine if large trucks can reach their driveway and turn around
Some remote areas/islands might have extra shipping charges
o Please call if unsure to confirm
Shipping of just accessories will have a $55.00 flat shipping fee
Dundalk will manage all requirements for Customs and Crossing the border
Missing components or in transit damage claims must be made to Dundalk within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Other terms
We do not accept returns
Dundalk has sole discretion concerning replacing components due to shipping damage or any other issues out of our control

Leisurecraft saunas and outdoor products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and require special delivery conditions. Please review the following responsibilities and expectations carefully before placing your order.
🏢 Dundalk LeisureCraft Responsibilities
- Manufacturing, packaging, and crating your sauna or furniture.
- Arranging freight shipping to your home or business address.
🚛 Trucking Company Responsibilities
- Contacting the customer to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Delivering the sauna crate to the end of your driveway or curbside only.
- They will not unload the crate or back the truck into your driveway.
- Delivery will likely be made using an 18-wheel freight truck. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure this truck can access your road and turn around.
- If your crate is 92" or shorter, the truck may have a liftgate to assist in lowering it to the ground.
- If your crate is longer than 92", liftgate service will not be available. The crate must be unloaded by other means.
🧍 Customer Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to the freight carrier’s appointment scheduling calls.
- Ensure your address can accommodate a full-size delivery truck.
- Arrange for unloading the crate from the truck if it is longer than 92”. Crates vary in length from 6 to 14 feet and weigh between 800 to 1,600 lbs.
- Acceptable unloading methods include:
- Using a forklift (with fork extensions) from the end of the crate.
- Renting a tilt tow truck to pick up the crate from the local terminal and deliver it to your property.
- If the customer cannot arrange unloading, Dundalk can coordinate a tilt tow truck delivery for a $750 fee (billed to the customer).

- $3,500+ for saunas
- $2,000+ for outdoor furniture
- Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or island locations. Contact us in advance to confirm eligibility.
- Dundalk handles all customs and cross-border processing for U.S. shipments.
⚠️ Missing Components & Damage Claims
- Any missing parts or freight damage must be reported directly to Dundalk within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a claim.
Warranty
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labour costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.
