## Damaged Items

- We'll provide a free return label and full refund or replacement at no cost to you

## Defective Products

**Product Stopped Working?**
1. Contact us with your order number and description of the issue
2. We'll troubleshoot with you
3. If defective, we'll coordinate replacement or repair
4. **Defective items are typically replaced at no charge**

**Within 30 Days:** We handle it directly—free replacement or full refund.

**After 30 Days:** We'll connect you with the manufacturer's warranty department and assist with the claim process.

## What's Covered

Manufacturer warranties typically cover:

## What's NOT Covered

Manufacturer warranties typically do NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear

## Filing a Warranty Claim

**For items purchased within the last 30 days:**

**For items purchased more than 30 days ago:**

2. Provide your order number and description of the issue
3. We'll connect you with the manufacturer and assist with your claim
4. Keep your original order receipt for warranty validation

## Extended Warranties

Some manufacturers offer extended warranty options at the time of purchase or shortly after. Check your product documentation or contact the manufacturer directly.

## Price Matching

We consider price matching requests on a case-by-case basis. If you find an identical product at a lower price from an authorized retailer, contact us with:
- Link to the competitor's product page
- Proof of current price
- Product specifications to verify it's identical
