1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Receive Authorization

  • We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • You'll receive return shipping address
  • Instructions for packaging and shipping

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack item securely in original packaging
  • Include RA number inside box
  • Ship to address provided
  • Keep tracking information for your records

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

  • We inspect returned item (1-2 business days after receipt)
  • Refund processed to original payment method
  • Refund appears in 5-10 business days

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

4. Defective Items & Damage Claims

Shipping Damage (Report Within 24 Hours)

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Note damage when signing for delivery
  2. Take photos of:
    • Damaged packaging (all sides)
    • Damaged product
    • Product SKU/model number
  3. Contact us immediately at support@strengthandrecover.com
  4. Include photos and brief description

Important: Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to process freight insurance claims. We cannot file claims for damage reported after 24 hours.

Resolution:

  • Full refund OR replacement at no cost to you
  • We handle all insurance claims
  • Prepaid return label provided if needed

All products include manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship.

How to File a Warranty Claim

For manufacturing defects or product malfunctions:

  1. Contact us at support@strengthandrecover.com
  2. Provide order number and description of issue
  3. Include photos/videos if possible
  4. We'll coordinate with manufacturer on your behalf

6. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items when possible!

Exchange Process:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • We'll arrange exchange for different size, color, or model
  • Fees may be waived or reduced depending on exchange
  • Exchange shipping costs evaluated case-by-case

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If item is out of stock, we'll offer store credit or refund.


7. Promotional Orders (BOGO, Multi-Item Discounts)

Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) Returns:

Full Return: Both items must be returned together for full refund

Partial Return: Returning only one item:

  • You'll receive replacement of that single item, OR
  • Store credit for single-item value (non-promotional price)
  • Restocking fees may apply
  • Return shipping is customer responsibility

All BOGO returns must comply with standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, within 30 days).
