Policy Applies To: All products sold to customers in the United States

Cancellations & Refunds: At Strength & Recovery Solutions we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

This policy applies to all products, including both defective and non-defective items, for any reason including buyer's remorse.

1. Cancellations

(Before Order Ships) If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at (469)949-5374, the chat in the bottom right, or email support@strengthandrecover.com any time.


2. Returns

Return Window: You may return or exchange products within 30 days of the delivery date for any reason, including if you simply change your mind (buyer's remorse).

Return Fees:

  • Standard returns: 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: We may help cover some costs depending on the replacement product
  • No fees apply if the item is defective or we sent the wrong product

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective or incorrect)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom/personalized orders
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return authorization and specific return shipping address
  4. Ship item with return authorization number included

Product Guarantees: All products come with manufacturer warranties ensuring you receive a fully functional product. See individual product pages for specific warranty details.


3. Refunds

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Timeline: You can expect to receive your refund within 14 business days after we receive and process your returned item.

What's Refunded:

  • Product cost (minus restocking fee if applicable)
  • Original shipping costs (only if item was defective or our error)

4. Damage Claims

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage to packaging or products:

  • Note damage when signing for delivery
  • Take photos of damaged packaging, items, and product SKU
  • Report damage within 24 hours by emailing support@strengthandrecover.com
  • Include photos and brief description of damage

We will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Damage reports received after 24 hours cannot be processed for freight claims.


5. Warranty

Product warranties are provided by individual manufacturers - see product pages for specific warranty terms and coverage periods.

Important distinctions:

  • Shipping damage: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Manufacturing defects: Covered under manufacturer warranty (timeframes vary by product)
  • Normal wear and tear: Not covered under warranty

For warranty claims on manufacturing defects or product malfunctions, contact us at support@strengthandrecover.com with your order number and description of the issue.


6. BOGO Promotions

In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
