The FMI Fitnex X Velocity Indoor Cycling Bike gives you studio-style rides in a compact footprint. The heavy 44 pound flywheel, belt drive, and tension knob support everything from easy spins to intense climbs. A padded sport saddle and wide adjustment range help riders from about 4'9" to 6'6" find a strong, efficient position. With no power cord, you roll it into place, drop a mat underneath, and ride in your home gym, office, or small studio.

Installation and Setup

Place the bike on a stable, level floor
Lay a protective mat under the frame to catch sweat and any belt lubricant
Leave clear space around the 47 by 22 inch footprint
Assemble the bike with two adults following the user manual
Tighten all fasteners and check frame, flywheel guards, crank, and pedals
Adjust seat height, fore and aft, and handlebar position for your body size
Confirm every adjustment knob holds firmly without slipping
Roll the bike to its final spot using the transport wheels
Spin the flywheel by hand and test resistance and quick stop before first ride

Operation and Maintenance

Inspect frame, pedals, cranks, flywheel guards, and all adjustment points before each session
Confirm seat and handlebar adjustments sit locked and stable
Step over the frame, sit carefully, and place feet firmly on the pedals
Start with low resistance and smooth pedaling to warm up
Turn the tension knob to increase or decrease resistance during the ride
Keep at least one hand on the handlebars during standing or high intensity work
Push straight down on the tension knob to use the quick stop brake when needed
Always brake the flywheel fully before dismounting the bike
After every workout, wipe sweat from frame, saddle, handlebars, and flywheel area
Check belt tension and follow the manual for any adjustments or lubrication
Schedule periodic inspections by a qualified technician for long term, heavy use

The Velocity and Momentum have a 1 year warranty on seat, & toe clips, pedals, saddle, handlebars, grips, quick release handles. Both the Velocity and Momentum have a labor warranty of 1 year from date of purchase.
