The chiller can reach temperatures in the low 40°F and even the high 30°F under optimal conditions. Ambient temperatures and sun exposure account for the majority of the heat load on your cold therapy tub, so reducing external heat load enhances chiller performance, maintaining temperatures in the low to mid-40°F even in full sun.

Operating the chiller costs approximately $15-$25/month at $0.12/KWh. The compressor and fan only run when cooling is needed, while the low-wattage pump runs continuously once the set temperature is reached.

The potential power savings from using a timer, however, are minimal, likely saving only $1-$3/month. additionally, this would increase the need for water and filter changes, and frequent power cycling wears out the pump faster.

The chillers are accompanied by a one-year manufacturer warranty, commencing from the date of shipment. Depending on the manner of acquisition, customers may have the opportunity to procure extended warranties spanning two or three years. It is imperative to note that even extended warranties are subject to limitations and adhere strictly to manufacturer guidelines. The warranty provides coverage for any manufacturing defects or errors, excluding instances of misuse, improper care, set-up, and similar circumstances. Returns -

For returns, they must be requested within 21 days of original shipment. All returns must be

pre-approved prior to shipping your item back to us. All returned items must be in their original condition, with original packaging. A 20% stocking fee applies to all approved returns. When returning a product for a refund, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.  (Unless the wholesaler decides to absorb this cost). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  There are no refunds available on custom ordered products or chillers.

 

Refunds -

Once returned, if upon receiving and inspecting a returned product, it is found to not be in its original condition, the return is subject to rejection. If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a check will be sent to the wholesaler. It is the responsibility of the wholesaler to refund the customer. All refunds may take up to 14 days to process the paperwork and issue your refund.
