Overview
The Harmony uses a domed cedar front with an acrylic door and stainless bands around the staves. Benches line both sides for balanced seating. The kit ships pre-cut for faster assembly. Shipping Terms
Free Shipping in the Continental USA (on most orders)
Minimum order for free shipping of a sauna is $3500
Minimum order for free shipping of outdoor furniture is $2,000
Businesses must have a loading dock or other equipment to unload sauna crates
Shipping to Residential locations require the following:
o A $320.00 Residential Ship fee for the delivery company to make an appointment to deliver a sauna
o A $120.00 Residential Ship fee for the delivery company to make an appointment to deliver outdoor furniture, such as a shower or Tiki Bar
o If the crate is longer than 92”, the customer (consignee) is responsible for unloading the crate off the delivery truck
o Customer (consignee) to determine if large trucks can reach their driveway and turn around
Some remote areas/islands might have extra shipping charges
o Please call if unsure to confirm
Shipping of just accessories will have a $55.00 flat shipping fee
Dundalk will manage all requirements for Customs and Crossing the border
Missing components or in transit damage claims must be made to Dundalk within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Dundalk has sole discretion concerning replacing components due to shipping damage or any other issues out of our control

Warranty
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labour costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.
